Quickstart:

Put 2.02 up here maybe a decade ago (now 2015) and it is only version 2.10.11 now (updated on 1/7/2015). Seems like a really good project.

2.10.11 is the offline installer so should have everything you need on windows.

Linux source probably requires GTK.
