use the site manager to set up your ftp accounts. drag and drop your files, or whole directories. the quick connect is very nice. Under the advanced button, you can set the default remote and local directories. Set up multiple sites with different subdirectories for ease of transfer, I.E. for your forums, or image directories, one click gets you to the correct remote directory and the correct local directory.
